Role and Responsibility
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
- Overseeing direct communication with customers through the CRM.
- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
- The key purpose of the job Overall responsibility of this role is to manage the day to day Customer Relationship Management(CRM) programme with particular emphasis on resolving tickets in the b2c market.
- This role will ensure that Autofit continues to grow customer value and commitment through effective analysis and targeted communication.
